This program will discuss post-arbitration options, expectations, and strategies.  Mr. Feeley will discuss the types of arbitration awards in private arbitration and the process that follows a decision. 

Several topics will be covered, including:

· When must a challenge be filed?

· Who hears an arbitration challenge?

· What are the types of challenges?

· What are grounds for vacating an award?

· And many others.

This seminar is co-sponosored by the HSBA Litigation Section.
