Item Description Back to top
The right course of action for a lawyer in any given situation is not always obvious or certain. In this three-hour session, panels of seasoned lawyers from a wide range of practice areas will discuss ethical and legal "potholes for the unwary." Fun skits and realistic scenarios will highlight issues of greatest interest to members of the bar. Professor Randall Roth will moderate each panel discussion and encourage audience participation.
