This seminar will provide you with insight on  new legislation passed during the State of Hawaii`s 2010 Legislative Session which impacts real property, including condominiums, affordable housing, licensing requirements, and public lands. The speaker will also cover legislation which impacts Hawaii`s financial institutions, including legislation covering escrow depositories, mortgage loan originators, gift certificates, and more.  It is designed for real property and financial services attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, real estate brokers, managers, and others dealing with real estate and financial services in Hawaii.
