What are online CLE courses? How do they work?
Viewed over the internet as streaming media, online CLE Courses are the ideal way to obtain your CLE credits without leaving the comfort of your office. Once you purchase an online CLE course, you may access it immediately or log back into your CLE account at a later time to complete. Seminar materials are stored in your account (in PDF format) and can be saved to your computer or printed.
In order to receive credit for an online CLE course, simply click on the [Launch Seminar] button in your account and watch/listen to the seminar. While you are watching the seminar, you will sometimes be prompted in 10 to 15 minute intervals with a box asking whether or not you would like to continue or not. This ensures compliance, and it will also stop the seminar and replay the last segment if the prompt is not answered within 3 minutes. When the program is complete, click on the red [Certificate of Completion] button associated with the program to receive your certificate. (Note: Rules vary by state of license.)
CLE you need, when you need it.
Did you wait until the last minute to fulfill your CLE requirements? (No, not you!) Not to worry! You can get CLE credit anyplace, anytime. Dynamic video streams allow you to connect, learn and comply. Automatic notifications let you know when you have completed a course and when your credits are earned – so you can rest easy. Synchronized slides and handout materials keep you engaged!
Get online, get it done.
No special software needed, no subscriptions to pay, and you can leave the car in the garage. Just get online and get it done! No hassle and no wondering whether you got your credits. This system has been tested for years by thousands of attorneys and paralegals. It is even used to power most of your own state and local bar association online CLE sites.

What are the system requirements?
• Windows 95/98/NT/XP • Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 Service Pack 2 or higher (recommended) • Windows Media Player 6.4 or higher (recommended) • RealPlayer (not always available) • JavaScript and Cookies enabled. • Intel/AMD PC with 16 MB RAM or higher (32 MB recommended) • 800x600 display mode @ 256 colors (1024x768 display, 16-bit high color recommended) • Sound card, speakers and/or headphones required to hear audio.
How do I obtain credit for viewing a seminar?
In most instances, credit is awarded based on two factors. Immediately after you purchase the seminar, an email is sent to the appropriate authority in your state. This email is logged by that authority when it is received. At the end of every month, the authority will compare the email log to the seminar reports produced from the web site. The amount of time you view each seminar is detailed in the reports. If you viewed the entire seminar, you are given credit. If a test is required to obtain credit for this seminar, credit is awarded after the test is successfully passed.
How do I receive a certificate of completion?
If the seminar you are viewing is certified for continuing education credit, you can click on the "Certificate" tab to obtain your certificate. Please note: If you have not completed the seminar, you will receive instructions on what more is required before you can obtain your certificate.
How do I obtain the seminar's hand-out materials?
If the seminar you are viewing has attached materials, you may access these materials by clicking on the "Materials" tab on the viewer's navigation bar. Clicking on this tab will display the materials for the seminar. We recommend printing the materials prior to starting the seminar to avoid pauses in the Internet video. If you wish to save a copy of the PDF file, you can press the save button at the top of the PDF viewer screen.
