Terry Smiljanich discusses the introduction of documents into evidence including documentary evidence, authentication, the best evidence rule, business records, contemporaneity, procedures and evidentiary techniques.
TERRY A. SMILJANICH is a member of the Tampa firm of James, Hoyer, Newcomer & Smiljanich, P.A. He received his law degree from the University of Florida in 1972. He is a Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer. He served as an Assistant United States Attorney in Tampa from 1974 to 1977, and as Associate Counsel to the United States Senate in 1987. Mr. Smiljanich's practice is devoted to class actions, representation of corporate fraud victims, and commercial litigation. He is also Chairman of the Tampa Bay Skeptics, an organization devoted to the exposure of pseudoscientific fraud.
