Regardless of their style or practice of mediation, the Mediator will conduct discussions among the disputing Parties to determine issues, interests and concerns – all while maintaining strict and obvious neutrality. As mediation progresses, the Mediator will take note of individual agreements that will ultimately comprise the entire agreement upon completion of mediation.
