All the elements, skill sets and techniques presented in Sessions One and Two of this course culminate here, resulting in more effective communication for the professional.

 

This Session provides the incumbent with a completed view of the entire communication process beginning with the fundamentals of communication combined with compassionate and professional communication techniques and methods, culminating in effective communication skills that will dramatically improve their professional practice.  Ethical and professional concerns associated with day-to-day communications between attorneys, mediators, other professionals and disputing parties are thoroughly examined and addressed.
