This Session provides the incumbent with a thorough understand of how communication begins, is sustained, serves it`s purpose and combines with other communication methods. Here, we cover how communication (messages) are created, formulated, formatted, transmitted, delivered and received filling in gaps that most likely exist in professional practice today.
