Georgia
Starting January
1, 2001, the Commission for Continuing
Lawyer Competency (CCLC) approved self-study
as a method of satisfying the annual Mandatory
Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) requirement
(up to 6 CLE hours per year) for all active
members of the State Bar of Georgia. Approved
Self-Study CLE formats include live CLE
activities presented via video or audio;
replays of live CLE activities; on-line
computer CLE activities, CD-ROM and DVD
interactive CLE activities; and written
correspondence CLE courses.
