Bryce Earl Cotton, Driggs, Walch, Holley, Woloson & Thompson Bryce K. Earl is a shareholder with Santoro, Driggs, Walch, Kearney, Holley & Thompson. He received his B.A. from BYU, a Masters of Information Systems Management degree from the Marriott School of Management, and a J.D. degree from the J. Rueben Clark Law School. Mr. Earl advises clients and negotiates, prepares, and implements the appropriate documentation and strategies associated with trademarks and other intellectual property, information systems/technology, entertainment, privacy, franchising, and entity structuring.
