Andrew Dunn Devine, Millimet & Branch, P.A., Manchester Andrew D. Dunn is a partner with Devine, Millimet & Branch, PA in Manchester, NH where he concentrates his practice on civil litigation and insurance law. He earned his B.A. from Columbia University in 1971 and his J.D. from Duke University School of Law in 1974. Andrew is an approved mediator and serves in several county courts in NH and is on the Panel of Mediators for the US District Court for the District of NH.
