Donna Jackson Donna J. Jackson, Attorney, PC DONNA J. JACKSON Donna Jackson is a CPA and an attorney, specializing in estate planning, including trusts, special needs trusts, wills, durable power of attorneys, living wills, taxes, probate, and business organizations, including corporations, limited partnerships, and limited liability companies. She received Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Accounting from Oklahoma State University and a Juris Doctor degree from Oklahoma City University School of Law. Ms. Jackson is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, American Bar Association, National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Oklahoma State Society of CPAs, Wealth Counsel, Elder Counsel, and Academy of Special Needs Planners. She is currently working on a Master of Laws degree from Stetson College of Law in Florida. Ms. Jackson has taught estate planning at Oklahoma City University School of Law. She has taught probate, estate planning, and tax courses at local colleges, and she has written numerous articles on probate, estate planning, trusts, and special needs. She regularly speaks at seminars on these subjects.
