Ruth’s career as an ADR professional encompasses over 18 years of experience working as mediator, sole arbitrator and the chairperson of panel arbitrations. She has created custom ADR processes to address the individualized needs of the parties and also works within the corporate environment creating training programs for managers and employees to gain the benefits of the ADR process. Ruth Franklin is the current Chair of the ADR Section of the State Bar. She is a professional civil engineer licensed in Arizona and California as well as an attorney admitted to the Arizona, California and Utah bars.
