John F. Teague Upton and Hatfield LLP, Concord John F. Teague is a partner at Upton & Hatfield, LLP in Concord, NH where he focuses his practice on school law including easements, libel law, municipal law, public employee law, corporate law, land law and conservation easements. He earned his B.A. from Amherst College in 1969 and his J.D. from Georgetown University in 1973. John is a member of the NHBA’s Children’s Law and Municipal & Governmental Law Sections and the New Hampshire Council of School Attorneys. He has written numerous papers for workshops put on by the Municipal Association and the NH School Boards Association.
