Worthen is a partner at Pierce Atwood, LLP, in Portsmouth, NH where she focuses her practice in all aspects of estate planning, estate and trust administration, probate and related tax planning in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire. She earned her B.S. from Northeastern University in 1977 and her J.D. from Franklin Pierce Law Center in 1989. Cindy is a member of the NHBA’s Elder Law, Estate Planning & Probate and Real Property Law Sections. She is also a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Boston Estate Planning Council and the ABA’s Probate and Property Section.
