Deborah Mulcrone Mulcrone Law PLLC, Manchester Deborah Mulcrone opened Mulcrone Law, PLLC in Manchester, NH to practice in all areas of domestic relations, abuse/neglect, guardianship, social security disability and mediation. She holds several educational degrees. Debbi earned her B.A. in psychology from the University of NH in 1976, her M.S. from Troy State University in 1981, then went on to earn a B.A. in social science from Weber State University in 1991 and her J.D. from Massachusetts School of Law in 2002. She is a Guardian ad Litem, a certified parenting coordinator in NH, and has had extensive training in the areas of children, disability, family law and children’s welfare. Debbi is a member of the NHBA’s Family Law, Children’s Law and Mental & Physical Disabilities Law Sections. She is admitted to practice in NH, MA and the U.S. District Court for the District of NH.
