James Treadwell Karr Tuttle Campbell, Seattle James K. Treadwell is a graduate of the University of Oregon School ofLaw and practices as a member of the Trusts and Estates Department ofKarr Tuttle Campbell. Mr. Treadwell is a Fellow ofthe American College ofTrust and Estate Counsel wherein he is currently chair ofthe College's Technology in the Practice standing committee. He has maintained involvement with the Real Property, Probate and Trust Section ofthe Washington State Bar Association, having served on that organization's executive committee and having been the founding chair ofthe Probate Law Task Force, a committee responsible forsignificant legislative improvements to Title 11 RCW. Mr. Treadwell is a long-time member ofthe Seattle Estate Planning Council. He is listed in the publication Best Lawyers of America.
