William V.A. Zorn McLane, Graf, Raulerson & Middleton, PA, Manchester William V.A. Zorn is a director of McLane, Graf, Raulerson & Middleton, PA in Manchester, NH where he serves as the chair of the firm’s Trust and Estate Department and Asset Protection & Wealth Management Group. Bill concentrates his practice in sophisticated estate planning, implementation and administration for executives and business owners, as well as federal and state tax planning and structuring for corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships, individuals and non-profit organizations. He earned his A.B. from Dartmouth College in 1975, his JD from Boston University in 1978 and his LL.M. in Taxation from Boston University in 1983. Bill is a member (and former chair) of the NH Estate Planning Council; the NHBA’s Taxation Law Section (former chair) and Elder Law, Estate Planning and Probate Law Section; the Massachusetts Bar; the American Bar and its Taxation Section; and the Asset Protection Committee of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel.
