Ann Meissner Flood Flood, Sheehan & Tobin, PLLC, Concord Ann Meissner Flood is a founding member of the law firm of Flood, Sheehan & Tobin, PLLC in Concord, NH which is dedicated to the practice of estate planning, estate and trust administration, elder law, probate and related tax planning. She earned her B.A. from the University of Massachusetts in 1980 and her J.D. from New England School of Law in 1983. Ann is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and is a member of the New Hampshire Estate Planning Council, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, and the NHBA’s Elder Law, Estate Planning & Probate Law Section.
