Barbara Rittinger Rigo, Esq. Littler Mendelson PC, Philadelphia Ms. Rigo is a shareholder with the Philadelphia office of Littler Mendelson, P.C. She focuses her practice on representing management on a wide range of labor and employment matters including trial work on race, gender, age, disability, family and medical leave and national origin discrimination claims and representation of employers in wage and hour class actions. This work has encompassed matters before state and federal courts as well as administrative agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission, the National Labor Relations Board, and state and federal departments of labor. Ms. Rigo also focuses a large part of her practice on counseling employers on day to day compliance with local, state and federal statutes and drafting and reviewing employer policies and employment and severance agreements.
