Dev Sethi

Dev graduated from Duke University in 1994 and from the University of Arizona College of Law in 1997. While at the University of Arizona College of Law, Dev served on the Editorial Board of the Arizona Journal for International and Comparative Law. Dev began his career as a trial lawyer representing defendants in personal injury and professional malpractice lawsuits. This experience gives him insight into the strategies used by defense attorneys and insurance companies. Dev's practice now emphasizes the representation of individuals in personal injury and wrongful death, elder abuse and products liability matters. He is a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association and participates in ATLA's AARP nursing home abuse case review panel. Dev is admitted to practice in Arizona and Nevada. Dev has served on the Executive Council of the State Bar of Arizona Trial Practice Section and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association, the Pima County Young Lawyers Division, and the Arizona Minority Bar Association. Dev is an assistant adjunct professor at the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law. He also serves as pro bono counsel to the American Association of Physicians of Indian Origin, an organization that represents over 35,000 physicians.
