Edmund Belsheim Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, Seattle Ed Belsheim is of counsel to the Seattle office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. Ed specializes in advising public companies. For more than 25 years, he has counseled managements and boards of directors on corporate governance, SEC compliance, 1934 Act reporting, public and private equity and debt offerings, mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations, leveraged buy-outs, spin-offs, and other complex transactions. He also has advised on a variety of critical matters, including “bet-the-company” litigation, internal investigations, government agency inquiries, and proxy contests. Prior to joining the firm, Ed served as general counsel to three public companies. Also, as president and chief operating officer and board member of InfoSpace, he successfully led the company through its transformation following the dot com crash.
