James L. Kruse

James L. Kruse has been assistant disciplinary counsel at the NH Supreme Court Attorney Discipline Office in Concord, NH since 2005. Jim earned his B.A. from Cornell University in 1969 and his J.D. from the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School in 1972. He has been a member of the NHBA since 1975 and is a current member of the National Organization of Bar Counsel. Prior to working for the Attorney Discipline Office, Jim had been a high school social studies teacher from 2000-2005, in private civil litigation practice from 1979-1999, an assistant attorney general in NH from 1974-1978 and an attorney with the Federal Communications Commission in Washington, D.C. from 1972-1974. 6-11 TL
