Phillip J. Stiles Atlas-Heritage Title, Alton Phillip J. Stiles has a private practice in Rochester, NH where he limits his practice to real estate related matters. He earned his B.A. from the University of Rhode Island in 1975 and his J.D. from the University of Maine School of Law in 1979. Phil is a former chair and a current member of the NHBA’s Real Property Law Section, and also serves on the Title Standards Review Committee. He has in the past served as an instructor with the New Hampshire Real Estate Commission, and the paralegal program at the University of New Hampshire.
