Michael J. Shim, Esq. Procurian USA Inc., King of Prussia Mr. Shim is Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer of ICG Commerce, Inc., a leading global procurement outsourcing specialist providing services to large multinational companies. Mr. Shim has significant expertise in business process outsourcing, having negotiated large global outsourcing relationships for over a decade. As Chief Legal Officer, Mr. Shim is responsible for all legal matters relating to ICG Commerce’s global operations. Mr. Shim is also a member of ICG Commerce’s Executive Management Committee, Strategy Committee and Leadership Committee. In addition to his legal and regulatory responsibilities, Mr. Shim has also led critical business functions at ICG Commerce, including Human Resources and Administration, Corporate IT and Contract Services, a business unit which provides outsourced contract negotiation services to customers as part of the company's comprehensive outsourcing offering. Prior to joining ICG Commerce, Mr. Shim worked as an attorney in the Business and Finance Section of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP. At Morgan Lewis, Mr. Shim focused his practice on representing public and private companies in various corporate legal matters, including corporate finance, complex transactions, mergers and acquisitions, securities, and joint venture transactions. Mr. Shim holds a Bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Notre Dame and a JD from the New York University School of Law.
