Ms. Rosenberg is a sole practitioner focusing on attorneys’ professional responsibility issues, including disciplinary matters, and also represents injured cyclists. Previously, she served as disciplinary counsel, prosecuting attorneys for violations of the Rules of Professional Conduct. She also participated in rule drafting, including the 2008 amendments to Pa. RPC 1.15 and Pa.R.D.E. 221. She recently co-authored articles on those Rules. Ms. Rosenberg is Co-Chair of the Philadelphia Bar Association Committee on Professional Responsibility, a member of that Association’s Professional Guidance Committee and of the PBA Committee on Ethics and Professional Responsibility and Professional Liability Committee. She has planned and presented numerous continuing legal education courses relating to ethical issues and professionalism in practice areas including estates, personal injury, criminal law, and domestic relations. She has also taught Trial Advocacy and Professional Responsibility as an adjunct and guest lecturer in local law schools. Prior to serving with ODC, Ms. Rosenberg was a public defender, public interest lawyer, and sole practitioner. Ms. Rosenberg received her A.B., cum laude, from Bryn Mawr College and was awarded her J.D. from Yale Law School.
