Douglas J. Ende Director of the Office of Disciplinary Counsel The Washington State Bar Association, Seattle DOUGLAS J. ENDE is a graduate of The Johns Hopkins University and the University of Washington School of Law. He is employed by the Washington State Bar Association as Chief Disciplinary Counsel and Director of the Office of Disciplinary Counsel. From 2003-2006 he served as the reporter to the WSBA Special Committee for the Evaluation of the Rules of Professional Conduct (“Ethics 2003” Committee). He currently serves on the Editorial Board for the Washington Legal Ethics Deskbook. He is co-author of several volumes of West’s Washington Practice: 15A Washington Handbook on Civil Procedure (with Karl B. Tegland), and 13A & B Criminal Law (with Seth A. Fine). In 2003 his poetry was featured aboard King County Metro Transit buses. [December 2012] |
