Thomas P. Velardi County Attorney Strafford County Attorney's Office, Dover Thomas P. Velardi is the county attorney with the Strafford County Attorney’s Office in Dover, NH. He earned his B.A. from the University of New Hampshire in 1993 and his J.D. from Marquette University in 1996. Tom has been a prosecutor in the state of NH since 1999.
