Mr. Hinderaker represents primarily developers and real estate investors who are active in the multi-family, hotel, and commercial property markets of the Southwest. Ted Hinderaker has more than 20 years experience related to complex real estate transactions, including the acquisition, financing, and sale of large apartment portfolios, office buildings, retail centers, and other commercial properties. He has been involved in the financing, purchase or sale of over 20,000 apartment units, as well as numerous commercial loan workouts. Mr. Hinderaker has worked at large firms, been a sole practitioner, and worked in house for a real estate development, investment and syndication firm. He is a past president of the Tucson Children’s Museum and a member of the Board of Directors for the University of Arizona Foundation.
