Harold T. Judd Accion Group, Concord Harold T. Judd brings over 30 years of diverse experience and expertise with regulated industries and emerging markets. He is a founder and president of Accion Group, an energy consulting firm in Concord, NH. Harry’s background includes serving as a consumer advocate, federal prosecutor, state's counsel and counsel for utilities and energy marketers. He earned his B.A. from the University of Wisconsin in 1974 and his J.D. from Franklin Pierce Law Center in 1978.
