Douglas J.  Wenners Anthem Blue Cross & Blue Shield, Manchester Douglas J. Wenners was named president and general manager of Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield of NH in Manchester in April, 2008. He has been with Anthem for 9 years, serving in a variety of roles. Douglas earned his B.A. from Boston College in 1992, his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School in 1996 and also holds an M.S. from Dartmouth College. He is a member of the NHBA’s Health Law Section. Douglas is a board member of the NH Business & Industry Association, participates in Governor John Lynch’s business advisory group and is a member of his health care task force, Citizen’s Health Initiative. He has also been a guest lecturer at Dartmouth College. 12/10 TL
