R. Craig Smith Sr. Trial Consultant Prolumina Trial Technologies, Seattle R. Craig Smith has worked with lawyers as a trial consultant in Federal, State, and Municipal Courts for more than 25 years. His work has been primarily focused in the areas of presentation strategy development, and the architecture of effective communication. He has many years of experience in presentation design, demonstrative evidence, and the visual aspects of information processing, as well as in witness preparation, jury selection, and litigation specific small group research in focus groups and mock trials.He has designed and taught Continuing Legal Education seminars for local and state bar associations as well as for many law firms and professional associations throughout the country. He created the Power Litigation seminar series after many years of observing the performance of lawyers and juries in trial. He is the author of Championship Law – Seven Keys to Winning Performance in the Courtroom, published in 2006 to assist lawyers in developing their communication and presentation skills.[September 2010]
