Ms. Noonan assists clients in a broad range of employment and general litigation matters in federal and state courts, arbitration, and administrative hearings. She defends employers against discrimination, wage and hour, and wrongful discharge claims, among others. Ms. Noonan counsels clients in all types of employment matters and litigation avoidance and provides manager, human resources, and employee training. She also specializes in drafting and reviewing employment-related agreements and policies. Ms. Noonan is a volunteer attorney with Legal Aid’s Domestic Violence Project, a committee member and firm coach for the Multnomah CourtCare Campaign, and a Champion of the Oregon State Bar Diversity Section’s 2011 Convocation on Equality.
