Bradley Gunn Malkerson, Gunn, Martin, L.L.P., Minneapolis, MN Bradley J. Gunn practices in the areas of eminent domain, land use, and real estate litigation. Mr. Gunn earned his B.A. degree from Carleton College in 1978 and his J.D. degree from the University of Minnesota in 1981. Mr. Gunn is a member of the Hennepin County Bar Association (Past Chair, Eminent Domain Committee), Minnesota State Bar Association, and American Bar Association.He also is a member of the International Right of Way Association and the Minnesota Eminent Domain Institute. He has served as a court-appointed condemnation commissioner, and he was a member of the Minnesota Eminent Domain Jury Instruction Guide Committee. Mr. Gunn is co-author of the eminent domain chapter of the Minnesota Practice - Real Estate Law treatise, West Publishing Group, 2005-2006.Mr. Gunn has served as an adjunct professor at the University of St. Thomas on condemnation, and is a frequent speaker on condemnation and land use issues to attorney and other professional groups.
