Don Willenburg Gordon & Rees LLP Don Willenburg is a partner in the San Francisco office of Gordon & Rees and leader of the firm’s national appellate practice group. Mr. Willenburg is a past chair of the Appellate Practice Section of the Bar Association of San Francisco. He currently serves on the Court Technology Advisory Committee to the Judicial Council, and as chair of the amicus briefs committee of the Association of Defense Counsel of Northern California and Nevada. He is a less frequent contributor to the Daily Journal and other publications than Mr. Watt, but that’s a high standard.
