Jelena Vukov, PE Senior Project Manager Apex Companies, LLC, Malvern Ms. Vukov is a Senior Project Manager for Apex Companies, LLC; she has over 25 years of environmental engineering and regulatory consulting experience in governmental and private sectors. Her areas of expertise include federal and state regulatory compliance programs, engineering, facility auditing and facility environmental programs. Ms. Vukov currently manages the Strategic Recycling Program (SRP) contract, a multi-year recycling program with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT), for the promotion of new recycled materials use in highway construction applications. For private sector clients, Ms. Vukov provides engineering and compliance services including facility compliance and ISO audits, permit submittals, facility SPCC Plans, PPC Plans, stormwater and waste management technical support. Previous experience includes providing regulatory and technical regulatory support to the U.S. EPA in the areas of policy development.
