Craig S. Deardorff Craig S. Deardorff is First Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at Bank of America Merrill Lynch responsible for the firm’s alternative investments business. The AI business makes hedge fund, private equity, managed futures and infrastructure and real estate investment opportunities available to high net worth individuals and institutions. Mr. Deardorff joined Merrill Lynch in 1993. Prior to that time, Mr. Deardorff was associated with the law firms of Piper & Marbury, Baltimore, Maryland and Pillsbury Winthrop LLP, New York, New York where he represented a wide range of clients in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and investment advisory and securities law. Mr. Deardorff received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Yale University in 1981 and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Virginia in 1984. He is a member of the New York and Maryland bars. |
