Michael A. Robbins President EXTTI, Inc., Bell Canyon, CA Michael A. Robbins is the president of EXTTI Inc. in Bell Canyon, CA. He founded the company in 1998, which provides expert testimony, training and investigations on employment issues. Michael frequently appears as an expert witness in harassment, discrimination and other employment matters for both plaintiffs and defendants. In addition, he regularly conducts harassment and discrimination awareness training and has extensive experience conducting workplace harassment, discrimination, retaliation and employee misconduct investigations. He earned his A.B. from San Diego State University in 1975 and his J.D from the UCLA School of Law in 1978. Throughout his career Michael has worked at the National Labor Relations Board, in the labor law departments at television broadcasting companies and in law firms. He is a charter member and vice president of the Association of Workplace Investigators, Inc.; a founding member and president of the Society of Independent Workplace Investigators; a member of the State Bar of California and its Labor and Employment Law Section; is on the Executive Board of the Los Angeles County Bar Association’s Labor and Employment Section; and is also a member of the American Bar Association and its Section of Labor and Employment Law. Michael has widely written and lectured in the areas of employment law and human resources. He was an adjunct professor at the Loyola Marymount University Center for Industrial Relations and has been a guest lecturer at Stanford Law School and UCLA’s Anderson School of Management. 2/12 TL
