Cori E. Flanders Microsoft Corporation, Redmond CORI E. FLANDERS is an attorney with Microsoft where she is the Group Manager of Tax Controversy. She focuses her practice in the area of federal tax controversy. In working with the IRS at all levels, and the Department of Justice, she has developed strong skills in successfully defending federal tax positions and mitigating adverse tax consequences for her clients. In the spring, she teaches Tax Crimes: Investigations, Prosecutions and Penalties at the University of Washington School of Law.
