Richard  Wilkinson Human Resources Director International Training Center for Education and Health, Seattle, WA Richard Wilkinson is the Human Resources Director at the International Training Center for Education and Health (I-TECH) in the Department of Global Health University of Washington. I-TECH is the largest international program at the UW with 750 employees in 11 offices in Africa, India, and the Caribbean. His work focuses on human resources policy, performance management, change management, employee relations, group process facilitation, learning system design, and 1:1 coaching. Wilkinson received his MA degree in Whole Systems Design from Antioch University Seattle and his MPA in Public Administration from the University of Southern California. He is lifetime certified as an SPHR and received the Pacesetter Award from the National Public Employer Relations Association in 1999. [August 2011]
