Jenn Protas Hoge, Fenton, Jones & Appel, Inc. Attorney Jenn Protas is an associate at Hoge Fenton’s Employment practice area. She represents companies on matters related to employment practices, including wage & hour advice and litigation, employee leave issues, and drafting employer policies, handbooks, and confidentiality and settlement agreements. Her practice also includes lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender litigation and general litigation matters, including contract disputes. Jenn also presents seminars and trainings on employment issues and housing discrimination. Jenn is an active member of the Santa Clara County Bar Association, serving on several of its committees, and the Bay Area Lawyers for Individual Freedom. She graduated with distinction from the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law.
