He began resolving employment disputes 43 years ago as a Field Attorney for the San Francisco Regional Office of the National Labor Relations Board. Whether the issue involved the harassment of an employee or the motivation for a termination, Smullin spent 9 years resolving disputes between individual employees, unions and companies.
