Bill Stilling Parsons Behle & Latimer Bill Stilling chairs Parsons Behle & Latimer’s Health and Life Sciences Practice Group and is a member of the Litigation Department. His practice emphasizes drug and medical device law, dietary supplements and nutraceuticals, health care and life science regulatory issues, intellectual property, professional licensing, privacy law, health care fraud and abuse, and other complex commercial litigation. Mr. Stilling graduated from the University of Utah, College of Pharmacy in 1983 and received a master's degree in Pharmacy Administration in 1989. He graduated from the University of Utah College of Law in 1992.
