An accomplished digital media attorney, Hillery works with corporate counsel and business teams to develop and negotiate progressive business agreements, design and craft calculated business models and develop legal strategies.Previously Hillery was in-house counsel with Flying Rhinoceros and a senior associate within the intellectual property division at Preston, Gates & Ellis (Now K & L Gates).
