Benjamin Glatstein Attorney, Copyright & Trade Secret Practice Group Microsoft, Redmond, WA Benjamin Glatstein is an attorney at Microsoft, where he counsels various product groups as a subject-matter expert on a range of copyright issues. Additionally, he is an adjunct faculty member at Seattle University where he teaches Copyright Law. Previously, Benjamin was a litigator with the law firm Irell & Manella LLP, in Los Angeles, where he focused on entertainment and high-tech litigation. Before joining Irell, he clerked on the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals for the Hon. Diarmuid F. O’Scannlain.
