Maura E. McKenna, Esq Ballard Spahr LLP, Philadelphia Ms. McKenna is an associate in the Litigation Department and a member of the Complex Commercial Litigation Group of Ballard Spahr LLP. Her practice involves complex commercial and other civil litigation matters. Her litigation experience includes RICO actions, misappropriation of trade secrets and other intellectual property matters, section 1983 equal protection and due process claims, estates litigation, employment restrictive covenants, class and collective actions, and bankruptcy matters. She is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Law School (J.D. 2006), where she served as editor-in-chief of the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Constitutional Law, and of the George Washington University (B.A. in English, cum laude, 1994).
