Jessica L. Goldman Summit Law Group, Seattle, WA Jessica L. Goldman received her B.A. from Oberlin College and her J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis, where she graduated Order of the Coif. She clerked for Judge Daniel Friedman on the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals in Washington, D.C. She is a member of Summit Law Group where her practice focuses on commercial litigation – including intellectual property, trade secret, business disparagement, fraud, contract, and insurance coverage cases – and First Amendment litigation – including commercial speech, defamation, privacy, access, prior restraint, reporters’ shield laws, public records, and newsgathering torts. Ms. Goldman is the co-author of chapters on Alaska and Washington in the Media Law Resource Center’s 50-state libel survey and the co-author of the Washington chapter of the Reporters Committee for Freedom of the Press 50-state survey of freedom of information laws.
