Seim is a principal at Riddell Williams P.S., representing and counseling clients in a wide array of environmental and real estate matters. She devotes a significant portion of her practice to environmental and real estate litigation, including cost-recovery and contribution actions under CERCLA and MTCA, and title disputes, boundary, easement, access and adverse possession claims. In addition, Courtney assists clients with eminent domain matters, real property transactions, and the environmental components of stock and asset transactions and financings.
