Daren H. Nitz Vandeberg Johnson & Gandara, Seattle, WA Daren Nitz is a partner at Vandeberg Johnson & Gandara, LLP, where he focuses on representing emerging growth companies in corporate transactions (including mergers, acquisitions and strategic alliances); debt and equity offerings (including venture and strategic investments); software and IP licensing, acquisition and joint venturing; corporate governance and planning; and as outside general counsel. Daren received a BS (Economics), MBA (Finance) and MS (Economics) from Arizona State University and his JD from the University of Southern California. He has taught at the University of Washington Law School, and has spoken on corporate governance, business ethics and corporate transaction issues at a number of CLEs. He is a member of the Corporate Act Revision Committee of the Business Law Section of the WSBA, and the past Chair of the Business Law Section.
