John J. Mulligan III New York City Department of Finance Office of Legal Affairs, Brooklyn, NY John J. Mulligan III was admitted to the New York Bar in 1988 and is an Adjunct Professor of Law at New York Law School where he teaches New York Practice. Between 2003 and 2005, he was the Revision Author of several chapters of the Weinstein, Korn and Miller treatise of New York Practice. Professor Mulligan's professional experience has involved both public service and private practice. He is currently a Senior Tax Counsel with the Legal Affairs Division of New York City Department of Finance, and has been with the agency for over 10 years. He received his LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law in 1999. From 1990 to 1991, Professor Mulligan served as a law clerk to the Honorable Stewart F. Hancock, Jr., Associate Judge of the New York Court of Appeals. From 1988 to 1990, he was an attorney with the Central Legal Research Staff of the New York Court of Appeals. |
